Whether you want to lose, gain or maintain weight or need help with a chronic condition, I am both your partner and your coach, working with you to create realistic strategies customized for your life. I meet with individuals, families and couples. For those that prefer a group approach, you can hire me to work with a group of your friends or co-workers as well.
I employ a no-nonsense approach to nutrition using evidence-based research as my foundation. I help people focus on what foods to eat rather than focusing on what not to eat. I give personalized, practical and realistic advice and my unique ability to find creative solutions for my clients’ lifestyles is what sets me apart from the rest. We all lead hectic lives and having a dietitian in your corner helps to cut through all the clutter and make lasting changes to improve your health.

Kitchen Pantry Makeover
Does your kitchen need a nutrition makeover? I can come to your house and help you go through your cabinets, refrigerator and freezer to help you assess the foods that you buy as well as discuss how to make better choices. It is very helpful for me to see a person in their natural environment as it provides a realistic picture on which to make practical suggestions. During our time together we will discuss:
