Menu Plan Monday–August 22


This week’s theme is to clean out the pantry and freezer. Both are busting at the seams practically. Other than some fresh fruit, I should not need groceries this week, which will be nice on the wallet! Also, I’ll be embellishing my meals with tomatoes, bell peppers and okra from our garden.

This week’s menu:

Monday: Baked Fish, Better than Fried Okra and Macaroni & Cheese

Tuesday: Pork Fried Rice and Sautéed Spinach

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Slow Cooker Creamy Tacos and Vegetables (one of the frozen blends out of my freezer!)

Friday: Evening Out

Saturday: Turkey and Artichoke Stuffed Shells and Broccoli

Sunday: Leftovers
