Happy Labor Day! We’ve had a great weekend, starting with our first football game of the season! We are huge University of Georgia fans and had a great time in Athens watching Georgia beat Clemson! Summer is officially over though the weather here in Georgia usually has other plans for keeping summer around a while longer.
This past week has been an exciting one! I got results back from an exam I took back in July and I’m now a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. I am elated I passed!

Meal 1: Cheesy Beany Zucchini Quesadillas with Sliced Fresh Peaches
Meal 2: Slow Cooker Rotisserie Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans
Meal 3: Pasta all Vodka with Salmon and Peas and a Spinach Salad
Meal 4: Veggie Frittata with Whole Grain Rolls and Sliced Plums
