This is a quick post today, while I planned out my menu on Saturday I came down with a terrible stomach bug yesterday and I’m still recovering today. It is really hard to think about food right now! But I wanted to go ahead and post my menu plan for the week.
Here is what is planned at my house (assuming I recover quickly and the sight/smell of food doesn’t make me nauseous!):
Meal 1: Red Beans and Rice with Sauteed Spinach
Meal 2: Yaki Udon with Sliced Cantaloupe
Meal 3: Poached Salmon with Peach Salad
Meal 4: Sesame Honey Chicken with Jasmine Rice and Bok Choy
